With flat peaches, banana & almonds.
A very simple, quick & nutritious vegan & vegetarian proposal.
Smoothie with summer aroma! It is very sweet, full of aroma, and loaded with nutritious ingredients. It is rich in vitamins A and C, potassium, and fiber, but also contains calcium, protein, and iron.
For our smoothie we use flat peaches, banana, almonds and almond milk or water. It is ready in just five minutes, as we simply put all the ingredients in the blender and whiz them. If we use multi, soak the almonds for two hours in warm water, or do not put almonds at all and add almond milk.
Ideal for breakfast but also for accompanying our vegan snacks.

Smoothie with peaches, banana and almonds in 5 '(vegan)
Ingredients
- 4 flat peaches or white peaches
- 1 banana
- 10 almonds
- ¾ cup almond milk or water
Instructions

- Add all our ingredients to the blender and blend well.
Notes
- If your blender or food processor is not strong enough, the almonds may not blend well. So either soak them for two hours in lukewarm water, or do not put almonds, but just almond milk (not water).
- Almonds do not need to be peeled.
- We can make it less viscous simply by adding almond milk or water.
