Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 kale leaf
  • ¼ cup broccoli
  • ½ centimeter ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well.
  • Serve plain, or adding a few drops of lemon or some salt.

  • For ginger lovers ... add a little more ginger 🙂
