Ingredients
Strawberry sauce
250 gstrawberriesfinely chopped
2Tbspcoconut sugar or unprocessed sugar
1Tbsplemon juice
1tspvegan vanilla powder
Vegan panna cotta
400mlcoconut milk
3Tbspagave syrup
1tspagar agar(powder)
½tspvegan vanilla powder(optional)
Instructions
Strawberry sauce
In a small saucepan add all the ingredients for the strawberry sauce and heat it over medium to high temperature. Once it boils, lower the temperature and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, until it thickens a little.
Remove from the heat, let it cool well and store in a sterile and tightly closed jar.
Vegan panna cotta
Add all the ingredients for the vegan panna cotta in a medium saucepan and heat over medium to high heat. Stir constantly and once it boils, reduce to a simmer and continue to stir for 5 minutes. (It is important that the mixture boils in order to activate the agar agar, which will coagulate our panna cotta).
Divide the mixture into 4 molds and put them in the fridge for about 1-2 hours.
Serving
Unmold the panna cotta and pour the strawberry sauce on top.
Instead of strawberry sauce, you can use any other sauce you like, either homemade or ready-made, or you can enjoy your panna cotta plain, without any sauce or syrup. It will be as enjoyable!
Notes
Begin with the strawberry sauce so that you prepare the panna cotta while the sauce is boiling, and also to have the time to cool your sauce off before pouring it on your panna cotta.
Othe thatn strawberry sauce, you can use sour cherry sauce, chocolate syrup, blueberry sauce or any other syrup or sauce you like, or you can enjoy our panacotta plain, without any sauce or syrup.
