Fish tank

My friends ate me to go to the aquarium. I was stunned. It's nice, it's huge, you'll see it up close, it's nice where they have it, it's clear they have company ... and what I didn't hear. And as much as I told them that by paying a ticket I was supporting living in glasses instead of living freely, they were making fun of me and trying to convince me that no one was hurting them and that I was taking everything very seriously. I was really disappointed and I just said to say here my pain that I hope you understand the obvious ...

I understand you, and the same things they told me last summer during the holidays that my friends arranged for them to go to an aquarium. In the end I didn't go but what I heard is not said and it is not enough that the next day they talked again about how nice they had and how clean they were and how nice the fish were. I believe that the poor are unhappy and I am sad

Indeed, we must fight for something that should be self-evident. I think just by not going, making it clear that the reason is that we are against animal exploitation, we are sending the right message. Obviously, not everyone (or anyone) needs to agree with us, but they may be concerned. We hope.

Of course, we hear the same about zoos. What to say? I say, I explain and I hope at some point, "some of all this will" talk "to them and make them think about what they are doing by visiting such places."

For those of us who follow the vegan lifestyle, these are self-evident. But it may help to think that we may have once been in the position of our non-vegan friends and to discuss our position with empathy and love. Usually a simple "I don't like it, I'm upset" is enough to end the conversation there. If we now want to "persuade" them not to visit those aquariums, zoos and other animal shows, it is another matter and, in most cases, a long process.

You're definitely not the only Constantine. And when we start talking to each other more and getting to know each other, we will see that we are more than we might have thought.

I already feel much better! I'm also in a forum that is in English but here I feel much better. I feel the vegan closer to me 🙂
