Thanks for the article! Very good! Let some people read that you think you have to tickle the meat to build muscle.

Agree. Very good article! I've heard of nutritional yeast again. But what exactly is it?

@ sek88 you can read here about nutritional yeast: https://allaboutvegans.com/vegans-blog/nutritional-yeast-an-addiction-of-high-nutritional-value. In short, it is an inactive fungus with a "cheese" taste. It is widely used to make vegan "cheeses" like this: https://allaboutvegans.com/vegan-recipes/vegan-cheese-spread-substitute-recipe-with-cashews-and-sun-dried-tomatoes/ or pasta, but also in many other recipes.

I had read this article on sports and the vegan diet and just checked because I exercise intensively, mainly weights and running, and everyone told me that if I didn't eat meat I would have a problem. In the end, not only do I not have a problem, but since I cut the meat I feel stronger and in addition I never feel sleepy after eating because I don't feel "heavy". Which I conclude was from meat that I couldn't easily digest as it clearly wouldn't have to be on our diet.
